RIM as been sending Serving Teams for over 20 years to countries such as Zimbabwe, Uganda, Guatemala, Ghana, Romania and beyond.  What makes a RIM Team different than other teams sent by other organizations is relationship based foundations.  Our family of churches, both local to the U.S. and internationally, unite together for a common vision and goal.  Those being sent knit together with those receiving them and together they create a larger team to serve the Body with the Father’s Heart.

Each team is unique to that which the focus is for that particular year.  Whether the focus is on training, vocational education or being God’s hands and feet to where the leading may be, each team’s mission is never quite the same.  Each person joined with a call to go, carrying the gifts, talents and abilities that God gave them accomplishes much.  With Spirit-lead administration and humble men, women and youth, there isn’t anything God can’t do in the lives of all.  

We believe in the fullness of Ephesians 4:16 in every way – 
“…from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.” NKJV
